Permisison Help!!!

I keep getting these errors.

Warning: fopen(/home/nbxfitne/public_html/shop/catalog/admin/includes/configure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/nbxfitne/public_html/shop/catalog/install/templates/pages/install_7.php on line 259

I even went as for as giving 777 to everything and still I cannot complete the installation. Please help :(
