Guest Posted April 23, 2004 Posted April 23, 2004 Support, I am completely baffeled by this problem. I have installed / configured / and had working osCommerce for a moth or two now. We have processed many orders, however (maybe a Microsoft update caused this??) the shipping_process.php page refuses to load. I have SSL working fine, customers can create accounts with ease, all other php pages are working fine, however this one page will not work. I had used a template, so I re-uploaded the original, unmodified page, and it still will not work. I have ftp'd into the server, deleted, recopied the file and still nothing. All other features of the standard site work without any problems, please help as, many of our customers cannot place orders. one thing that is interesting, is that MAC is also affected, but some orders do go through. The items can be added to the shopping cart, but no one can "check-out"? Please feel free to take a look. Just add any product to the cart, click checkout, login with the info below, and 404.
