Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/izzythed/public_html/commerce/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

I've looked at the wiki and it says to set the permissions to 644 - I've done this but still get the error.

Able to Write to the Configuration File

ERROR:

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: C:\\Inetpub\\wwwroot\\tbsonline\\kyangflowers\\shop\\catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

FIX:

Since you are on a windows box and using IIS, set both configure.php files to read only (644) and that will resolve the message. This is also for any other servers.

644 is not read only, the correct setting for your config file is 400 (that's read only).
