Rotating Affiliate Box?

I recently added an affiliates box on the right hand side of my screen.

What I'm wanting to know is if there is a way to make this a rotating box, similar to "what's new" and "specials". The reason being, I would like to advertise for more of you that use OSC as well. I figure if we all affiliate for each other, we can all make more $$ and maybe improve our page ranks. Anyway, I'm not a fan of big bulky affiliates boxes that are annoying. I would rather have one small (maybe 75 x 50 or so) banner rotate per page click just as the "what's new" and "specials" boxes do. Does anyone know if there is a contrib to do this, or is anyone will to create one? I think this would be very usefull to all of us. Any help is greatly appreciated. I know we have the "banner" option, but I don't want a large banner like that. I'm looking for something more subtle.

By the way, I've done this on a message board before with GREAT success. The only thing is, we used a simple <marquee> tag which is rather annoying and the same first affiliate logo is <i>always</i> the first affiliate people see. I would rather spread the advert. space evenly.

you should be able to put a box together from the existing affiliate box and use a order by rand to randomly generate the images similar to the specials
