Problems Viewing An Order

I hope someone can help! When I click on a particular customer order, instead of the list of items ordered, and total, and the usual stuff, I get this:

What does this mean? Can anyone help? Do you know what I can do to fix this problem?

Just to give more info... This problem appeared after I tried to up-grade a very old version of osCommerce. I wish I had just started from scratch to begin with but I did try to up-grade. Now everything is messed up! I am very much stuck!!!

When I click packing slip or invoice this is what it says:

I have 7 orders which are paid for but I don't know what was ordered because of this! If you don't know what is wrong, can someone at least tell me how to look up what they ordered another way?
