HELP....images don't upload

images don't upload from external addresses....works on the server itself (i.e. local logon and crt usage)....but not from anywhere else on the LAN or any address WAN. I am running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, Apache 1.3.29, OpenSSL, and PHP 4.3.6 (with MySQL db). I just recently upgraded the PHP from 4.2.2 then to 4.3.0 then to 4.3.6 in an effort to see if it was a code bug re: PHP integration with Win32 core. No go, has to be a permissions issue of some kind between Apache write transaction process and the Win32 system service (local service) to the temporary folder then to the images folder to house the image(s) indefinitely. I have set permissions correctly on php.exe and php4ts.dll to have full write access, etc (i.e. chmod 777 on Unix/Linux) and also did the same for all temporary folders used by windows, apache and PHP....and lastly to the images folder under admin and the default images directory as per normal. Any ideas? Any advice? This is the only remaining issue I have outstanding on porting over the ms2.2 version of OSCommerce to Windows Server 2003 Enterprise.....
