Removing Selected States From Shipping

Hi Gang - I have products that I can not ship to certain states (beer) and I am wondering if there is a way that I can set up OS to remove these states from shipping options.

 

I accept all states for billing just have to exclude a few from shipping.

 

Any ideas?
