Specials on Default?

Hi All

 

I just tried adding the Specials on Default contribution but it doesn't do anything I have no idea what I did wrong. I don't get any errors the specials just don't show up above the new products table. I added some specials to try it so I did the obvious and added specials. ;) Any Help would be appreciated.
