header images

I can't seem to view images in the header, at least the images that should be in header_cart etc. I'm copying the code here from header.php that i think is the most appropriate, with the red highlights being i think the key. Please, if anyone can tell me if something is not right here, or if there's something else i need to do in order to enable these images to be viewed, i'd greatly appreciate it!!!

Ok, i'm an idiot. But glad, i've been trying to figure this out for some time, and just realized how simple it was. All i was missing was the permissions under the images were not set to allow others to read. duh!
