Paypal problem

I did post this problem while back, and someone kindly forwarded me the info. I was however unable to rectify the problem.

 

When customer buy through paypal, i dont get and order come throught the site. I have no way of knowing someone has brought anything untill paypal sends me the payment.

 

Is there a patch to stop this or do i need to download something.
