romysm3 Posted April 20, 2004 Posted April 20, 2004 I have falt rate shipping and all other shipping modules are disable. When going thru checkout, for some reason shipping charges is not calculated. Pleale help.

Guest Posted April 20, 2004 Posted April 20, 2004 I have a similar problem, but during checkout, the customer actually goes through the shipping module, the price gets added to the order total but on the confirmation page the actual shipping fees are not specifically listed between the sub-total and the total.
Guest Posted April 20, 2004 Posted April 20, 2004 be sure you've added a non-zero weight for your products. Even if you aren't using a weight based shipping mod, the products still need to have a weight. HTH :)
