Requirements for osCommerce

Hi everyone,

 

I just started today and found osCommerce very interesting. But before I go threw the installation i though to myself, what are the requiremenst for the osCommerce to opereated correctly? Here are some things i came up with that help me along the way, and help those who is heading the same path as i am.

 

1. Read The Friendly Manual (RTFM)

2. Your domain hosting must support *.php

 

3. Secure credit card process transactions online. <--not sure if that is apply

4. domain Host must have ability to lock Folders for security issue?
