Order variable query

Can anyone tell me what i have to call from the database to get the checkout success order total, preferably without shipping charge inc.

 

I have tried echo($ot_total) and value and order_total_id and many more without success.

 

Please, can someone answer what should be a very simple one.

The reason i am looking for this is to add it into some code for a tracking line for my affiliate advertising provider.
