Hi All,

 

I found this module that I need to add to my oscommerce store that is already set up. Yes it does come with instructions ... that are not detailed enough for me(with my experience) to figure out. Has anyone else added this module or can anyone expand on how to install it? Find below the instructions. I did email the author but as of yet I have not heard back.

 

Module Description

===================

 

This module provides the admin the ability to set an item

in the store as an accessory, rather than as a product.

When users look at lists of products and accessories in

the catalog, especialy in the manufacture views, all the

accessories will be shown below the products regardless of

the sort orders.

 

 

Installation Description

==========================

 

First, setup your store if you have not already done so.

 

Second, use Beyond Compare 2 or some other coder merging

program to apply my changes to your files.

 

Third, install that database changes included in the

'database_changes.txt' file.

 

 

This module is based on the 20030203 daily snapshot.

 

This module takes about 20 minutes to install into a new

store using beyond compare 2.

 

I welcome all and any positive or negitive critisims and

suggestions for code improvements.

 

Anyone wishing to contribute code, please send your code

keep this module faily simple and prevent code forking.
