Guest Posted April 19, 2004 Posted April 19, 2004 I have almost 4,000 products (ex. 4,000 thumbs & 4,000 big), and have them split into their own directories to hopefully make them load faster when called. I plan to upload the paths to each directly in the dbase instead of trying to do each individually in the admin. How do I get osc to recognize the paths and images to the ones in the new directories? Do I have to change the paths in the the database fields before I upload them witht eh backward and forward slashes? Ex. catalog/images\candles\candles_tb.jpg? Or do I just out the normal path: candles/candles_tb.jpg I can't seem to get it to work to recognize either way when I put them in through the database. Every time I still have to go into admin and manually doing each one where it gets it from the hard drive. Is there a way to NOT have to do each through admin?
