Need help installing a contribution

Hi there:

I hope somebody can help my out on this.

 

I want to install a contribution(http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1323/page,5) this contribution is the UPS XML Rates and Services v1.0. Anyway because I am completly new on this, I don't know how to do it.

 

I read the info that comes with the contribution and it is very clear to my except for this file install_upsxml.sql how do I install this? using cpanel on my server?

Yes use cpanel. Go to your store's database and click on sql query. Copy the information in "install_upsxml.sql" and paste it in the box. Click "go" and it should execute.
