Convert site from test to live

Are there any general instructions on getting my store changed from a test store to an up-and running ecommerce site? I would like to have a checklist of items that need to be addressed before making my site open for business. Any suggestions?

Not much to it actually.

 

Change design to how you want it.

Add products.

Configure shipping and payment modules.

Test, test, test.

Go live.
