Product SKUs

Hello,

 

I would like to add a field for SKUs. I am planning to use the following contribution

I downloaded v1.1b. The contents are

 

readme

upc.sql

upc_sku_isbn_install

upc (folder)

 

The UPC folder is empty. I am wondering if I am missing some files??

It may not be necessary to use the contribution, although I have no comment on it.

 

Many of us use the Product Model field (on the product definition page between Product Quantity and Product Image) for this purpose. It displays under the product title in the catalog, and the search feature finds products based on it.
