harborsales Posted April 17, 2004 Share Posted April 17, 2004 I have a problem with one of our sites when someone goes to checkout you get the following error: We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping. Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown. Can anyone tell me why it is doing this and what I can do to fix this problem?
