How to configure for affiliate window

Hi There,

 

Does anyone have any experience of the coding for setting affiliate windows tracking up?

 

There tracking code requires a amount and order ref variable, anyone any idea on what we need to put in the code?

 

This is what we need to add to i presume the checkout success:
