I got it working....but one small problem.

 

When testing it at checkout the FedEx option says:

No Rates Returned, F058 : Sender country requires a postal code served by FedEx.

 

when I went to admin and the shipping module the following error message is above the block of shipping options:

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class indvship in /includes/modules/shipping/indvship1.php on line 14
