Error when trying to save category with images

Hi there...

 

Again...not a programmer here. When I try to save the category with the image I get the warnings below. I tried browsing to the location on my PC and on the server and neither will work. I tried just typing the location of the image in the catalog/images/ folder and still get the error.

 

I changed permissions on catalog/images and upload.php to allow to read/write. That didn't help either.

 

Any clues? Dang!!!! And things were going so well~! Oh....and if it makes a difference I am on a Windows 2003 server.
