Tracking code for Affilliate window?

Hi All, this is my second try on this onea as the description in the first question was a little misleading.

 

Does anyone know what should be inserted into aff windows tracking code to get it to work?

 

Here is the code and apparantly the amount and the order ref need to be change to whatever os commerce cals it?
