olivergleave Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 I have recently experienced problems with the Add To Cart button that resides on each of my product pages. It seems that when I click on this button, it directs me to the Shopping Cart page (as it should), but a notice says that the Shopping Cart is empty !!! On the other hand, if I use the Buy Now button (to be found when you click on a category or on search results), it pops the product in the cart nicely, and gives me the option to Checkout or Continue Shopping . . . Can anyone help me ? I have replaced the following files to their original state: product_info.php shopping_cart.php CLUE: no hyperlink is given when I hover the mouse over the Add To Cart button. If someone thinks they can help, then please visit shop.calluk.com to see what I am talking about . . . Any suggestions are greatly appreciated... Regards, Oliver Gleave.
♥Vger Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 Whenever this problem crops up, and it often does, it's usually a result of a misconfiguration in your configure.php files. Check them out and compare the use of trailing and preceeding slashes, to make sure that they are consistent with one another. Vger
