step_by_step_orders_v1.1 Error!

SO I thought we have added and edited all the necessary files for this mod but when I try to add a new customer or try to pick a preexisting user to place an order I get the same kind of error below... anyone know why!?!?!

 

 

1054 - Unknown column 'new_value' in 'field list'

 

insert into orders_status_history (orders_id, new_value, orders_status_id, date_added) values ('16', '1', '1', now())
