Easypopulate with attributes

I have a 3 parts for this:

First part:

I have downloaded the "Complete tab-delimited.txt file".

It will deplay in excel but I have to many attributes for the column I have.

If I would try and edit it I wouldn't be able to but the "EOREOR" at the end of the row, Is the any way to solve this with out cuting out any of my attributes?

 

Second part:

When I display the above file in excel the attribute and values are all the same for all the model numbers in all the rolls.

 

Third part:

Can you add one data to the database or do yo have to add the whole database file that you downloaded with the additional data added.
