Tax Zones Problems

Hi,

I have my shop running, but apparently only users who live in TX can buy things online. If they try to enter another state it doesnt accept it. I looked at my tax zones and I only have TX listed as I want to charge sales tax for that state. For all opther states I would like to not charge sales tax. How can I set that up? Do I have to enter each state individually? Or is there a way to set up a tax zone for all of the US except TX?

Nevermind, somehow I had a duplicate zone so when you selected CA it didnt think it was a state - fixed now.
