Guest Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 I am brand new to this product. I am trying to figure out where to put my product images so the demo template will find them. Also I would like to ba able to control where my images are located. is there a setting in the admin area that controls this?

Guest Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 Thanks, Mark. I think I am over that hurdle. Changing gears a little, I have a new mystery on my hands. I can now see my image directory, and the files are there, but when I add a new product, it seems to be deleting my picture. When I look at the image file after adding it to the product, is shows a size of zero. If I deletee the zero size, and upload the image again, it is ok. Any idea what is happening here?
Guest Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 how are you uploading? i use an ftp program, rather than allowing the admin area of oscommerce to attempt the upload. then just reference the filename on the product, should show up.
Guest Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 I am using an FTP program to send the files to my site. They seem to be fine until I try to access them. And they are ok after I upload them again. I just don't want to have to upload everything twice. I am sure I am doing something wrong.
