CGI Error on Installing Admin Access

I get this error when I install Admin Access with Levels:

CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I am stumped by this problem; I have a local testing server (IIS 5) on which I have had Admin Access working fine but I get this problem when I install it on the live site which is running IIS 6.
