Customer makes purchase, gets item and decides that it is not what they wanted or it is broke. They log into the website, from their my account they pull up there current invoice, click on something fill out a form for an RMA and then the system through a series of questions determines if the item can be returned and following rules decides what to do? Thanks in advance

Guest Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 Neext time take the time to read more. If you had read more you would have seen that it is the returns sort admin that is not working. The rma module is version 2.2 and is not the same as the return admin that has an inoperable message
