Mod Rewriting " YAZU"

I ' would like to modify the mod "YAZU" to replace them "+" there is between the words rewriting by "- "

 

For exemple :

 

http://www.mydomain.com/for+the+dog/

 

By

 

http://www.mydomain.com/for-the-dog/

 

 

 

I have all testing but I really do not got working then I come to ask for your assistance.
