Directory structure wrong

I moved my admin folder to root and now I have the fllowing situation

If I go to mysite.com I get my webhost's login screen and when I login I get my webhost control panel from there if I open my storefront the address bar says mysite.com/catalog/default.php and while there if I click on "top" it takes me back to my webhost login screen.

 

If I feed mysite.com/admin into the address bar I get page not found.

 

My directory structure isn't correct any advice?

it is most likely in the configure.php file. with you stating default.php you must be running MS1, the older version.

your server may not have things setup properly for default.php to be set to execute, you can set this in the httpd.conf file or ask your host how this is done.
