Duplicate lines in Adminstration

I installed this through my hosting company and it's showing 3 of everything in the admin section. Only 1 items of "Catalog", etc. , but when you click on "configuration" and then "my store", I see 3 of everything.

 

I was unable to find this topic in searches. Has anyone had this problem? What do I do to fix it. I only have 1 of all the files, from what I can see, and I have removed the install directory as well.

 

Any ideas?

You have duplicate entries in your 'configuration' table in your database - use PhpMyAdmin and simply drop/delete the duplicate entries - backup of course! :)
