catalog error

I've finally gotten passed step 7 of the installation and when I click on the catalog link I get this message...

 

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/functions/database.php' (include_path='') in /usr/www/htdocs/kwickkleen/catalog/includes/application_top.php on line 62

 

 

Can anyone help me with this?

 

 

Also when I click on the Adminstration tool I get a blank page????

 

 

Help Please.

Same old answer :P

 

Post your config files minus the db user name & password.

 

By the way. I juust did a few test installs to try and see why the installer throws the "page 7" error.

 

It's because it asks for document root but presents you with a default path that includes futher path information at the end. The entire path to you catalog files. If you delete the last bit of the path the installer fails.
