In addition to using OS Commerce (www.pointofgrace.com/shop) as a regular products store, I am trying to set up an event registration form as well. I need to collect more information from each customer. We are selling rgistrations for a Vacation Bible School coming up and I need to collect info such as how many kids the parent will be reigstering, the kids t-shirt size, their gender, allergies, emergency contact info etc... Does anyone know of a contribution or another way to achieve this? I am not a programmer by any stretch of the imagination so any direction on this would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks in advance!
