Email format query

Hi

 

Have spend several hours trawling for the answer to this and I think I might have got it. ;)

 

My email is sending fine but all I receive is plain text. My admin settings say to use MIME HTML and i have checked that my hosting service uses Linux and therefore my linefeed character is set to LF. Transport method is sendmail.

 

I'm sure I saw a good post on this some time back, but can I find it now, can I stuff :(

 

I get the impression I need to change all my \n strings to <br> in a wide variety of email related php pages. Before I do this, would anyone care to share some wisdom or put me straight.
