new products for X.. doesnt show up

I have replaces new products for april.... box with featured products....

now it show son main index.php page but not on other pages where before new products for april were used 2 be shown. where an dhow should i do it. i guess i just have 2 call the file. please tell how and where...

 

second. how do i delete a link from the featured products.....look here..
