Guest Posted April 14, 2004 Posted April 14, 2004 Does such a thing exist. Let me elaborate what i mean by this. Say I have an aftermarket item for a car such as an Exhaust system. Now all the exhaust systems are the same price but have different applications because every car is different. Is there a way i can incorporate a drop down menu in my products sections for instance on product page will have Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems and in that page will have a drop down menu listing each car that exhaust system is made for and when the consumer finds his or her car in that menu they can click it and it will add an exhaust system for that car in the shopping cart. The way im having to do it now is list the same exhuast system for every car, even though they are all the same price. ♥ecartz Posted April 14, 2004 Posted April 14, 2004 admin > Catalog > Product Attributes Define Make as the Option Name, the makes as the Option Values, and attributes to link everything. Each exhaust system will be a product. Hth, Matt Always back up before making changes.
