account.php table width...

I have been able to change the table width of all the osc php pages except the account.php page.

 

On all the pages i changed

 

<table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="3" cellpadding="3">

 

to

 

<table border="0" width="800" cellspacing="3" cellpadding="3" align="center">

 

This worked nicely and has compacted the site's pages nicely however the account.php page refuses to budge.

 

Could someone explain to me why it worked for all the other pages but not account.php.
