Clementine Posted April 14, 2004 Posted April 14, 2004 (edited) I can't find a decent script that allows you to change themes from the Admin Panel, OR create themes easily! I want to create HTML pages, add <!--comment tags--> and simply upload themes to a 'themes' directory - then be able to choose themes from the Admin panel. Since this is not a shop that I will be running, I need to have this user-friendly (for the average person, not a programmer). Edited October 19, 2004 by Johnson Quote
Guest Posted April 14, 2004 Posted April 14, 2004 Sounds like the STS template is you best bet at this point Quote
Clementine Posted April 14, 2004 Author Posted April 14, 2004 I installed STS and was about to start working on a theme, but realized it was more work than I expected, and didn't have much instruction in the readme file, as to where and how to upload themes. The instructions were vague and didn't allow for the admin to switch themes with a click. So, it's mainly for developers that will be running the site. Thanks for your reply, but will have to probably hire a programmer. Quote
Guest Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 You could try the BTS then. It has a templateas directory and you could add a sub-structure whereby you would then be able to assign different themes Quote
