Copyright information

I was working on the configurations a couple of days ago. I clicked on my store to see how things were working, and the copyright information had disappeared. I went to footer.php in the includes folder, and uploaded a new copy of the file from original folder of OS. Now when I open the storefront, the copyright information is listed like:

 

FOOTER_TEXT_BODY

 

with the OSCOMMERCE Banner under those words. Where am I missing the information I need??? Help (Please) ;)
