Nice Colors. Nice shadow for the side. Clean and does the job.

Looks good, but you could benefit from many of the other suggestions already made in this forum.

 

Comments like:

- Do you want to use a template system (like BTS or STS) or something to make your website look more different than the stock layout?

- using HTTP redirects (like redirecting from www.tgbargainoutlet.com to www.tgbargainoutlet.com/online) doesn't always give marginally decent search engine rankings

- remove "179287 requests since Saturday 19 July, 2003" from your footer

- since you only have one language and one currency, remove these infoboxes from includes/column_right.php

- the images in the top right of the page (shopping cart, etc) don't relaly match the motorcycle engine logo and other feel that you've given your site

I never would have looked under Conditions of Use for size info.

if you want the background and shadow effect around the store area, maybe center it? It just seems to end very abruptly on the left and bottom.
