aspen Posted April 13, 2004 Posted April 13, 2004 This is odd. Lately I've had some customers complain about not recieving order confirmation and update emails. I wrote this off to spam filters. However I just tested it with my own email address (with no filter on it) and it did not work. The odd thing is that order process emails send to me still work. So its not like the server cannot generate emails, since it does it fine when sending order notification emails to me. So I tried sending an order update to my sales notification address (same domain as the site) that worked. So it appears the site is only having trouble sending emails to other domains -- anyone know why this might be?
