How do I change the left search box text?

Just wondering what file I have to edit to change the default text on the left panel:

 

Use keywords to find the product you are looking for.

 

Also what file must I edit to change the layout of this box? I want to redo the table to make it look all perdy :)

catalog/includes/languages/english.php around line 83 but may be different line number for you as my pages are modified.

 

look for

define('BOX_SEARCH_TEXT', 'Use keywords to find the product you are looking for.');

as for the layout is this for the advanced search page or just the box on the left column
