timisnumber9 Posted April 13, 2004 Posted April 13, 2004 Hi guys, i am new to oscommerce and would like to use this source for an ecommrece web site as i think they look good and offer good flexibility but i have a problem. I downloaded the oscommerce-2.2ms2 from this web site. I then proceeded to use a FTP program to transfer the catalog/admin folder to my server (just a home ISP) but i get an error explaning that i cant upload the child or something like that??? Does anwone know what this means??? What have i done wrong??? Am i even doing this right??? Thanks for reading, Tim. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
tdupres Posted April 13, 2004 Posted April 13, 2004 Hi You need to find out what kind of services your host provides e.g. MySQL access, Unix OS supporting php 4 amoungst other stuff.
