Specific Categories for Customers

I need to be able to allow customers to just access specific categories.

 

Like I would have one group that could access category 1, but have access to none of the other 15 categories. Then I need to be able to let group 2 have access to category 2 and none of the others and so on and so on.

 

Does anyone know of a way to do this or do you know of a contribution that would do what I need to do? I looked but not extreemely good at some of the contributions.
