drewfy Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 Hello, I have an issue with logging in in all its ways of getting to it. Creating an account, logging in, My account, checkout etc. Anything of the like gives me a "not-gonna-happen" error. Netscape/Mozilla tells me that contact with my root site was unexpectedly terminated and IE tells me it can't load the page. I am using PHPNuke 6.9 that links to the oscommerce area. 2nd question: Is it necessary to "log in" to both my PHP site and Oscommerce or do they/can they share that info so a user need only log into one or the other?
drewfy Posted April 12, 2004 Author Posted April 12, 2004 Ok so my first problem was not paying attention to a little "s" as in https and http. I was using http (since I have not set up ssl yet) and well my website was smart enough to know it wasn't there but not smart enough to tell me I was an idiot. First problem solved. I still am curious on the second one. If I log into a php site do I have to also log into the oscommerce site or is there a hack or bridge to get logging info from phpnuke to oscommerce without the user reentering.
