Guest Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 I'm fairly new to osCommerce. I added the tax code in for Ontario, Canada but it includes the tax directly into the on screen price, which isn't the best as all other businesses advertise their products before tax. As well, out of province buyers want to see pre-tax prices as they won't pay taxes. How do I get the tax not included in the price but added in on the cart?
cmstech Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 Hello, On the main Configuration page, "My Store", the last option is "Display Prices with Tax". Make sure that is set to false, My guess is that it is set to true. It will add the tax during checkout if tax is nessessary. Jason
