Ad Tracker (where did they come from?)

I just finished adding the "Ad Tracker (where did they come from?)" feature and now get this error;

 

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Access denied for user: '[email protected]' (Using password: YES) in /var/www/html/modshop/includes/functions/database.php on line 17

Unable to connect to database server!

 

Please help... I can not get at my site!

please no bouble posting. messes things up besides being against forum rules.

your error is somehow related to changes in your configure.php.

 

for you to install something you dont know where it comes from is or could be a big mistake.

Sorry about the double posting, I am new at this and was not sure the other forum would receive enough exposure...

 

I do believe that I followed the instructions correctly during the install. Touching the configure.php was not involved but I will check it anyway.

 

I am thinking that it may have something to do with adding a couple of new rows in the database... where the permissions have been updated as a result, I am just not sure how I am going to correct it...

Thanks John for the hint on the configure.php file. I was able to correct the issue by changing my password.
