A couple of simple stylesheet questions

Where do I change the color of a *selected* line item in the category infobox? I changed the static and hover colors, but don't see a style defined for items that are selected.

 

Can a border be placed around the infobox headers via the stylesheet? I managed to put a border around the main infobox area (below the header), but it doesn't include the header.
